Products: Products purchased from Your Destination Experience are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Digital Products: All digital products, including travel packages, and downloadable materials, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of these products, services are considered rendered upon purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions: In the rare case of a billing error or duplicate payment, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of purchase for resolution.
